In Fall 2026, join us in our community-based diabetes screening and primary care referral initiative. Take advantage of free diabetes testing offered at select pop-up sites and mobile screening events in Peel Region. Our team will help you connect with a family doctor and local community organizations. We also offer culturally tailored educational and wellness resources.
